Son bought a 88 F250 from GR Auto Gallery in GrandRapids MI. Paid 10 grand,said it was solid,mileage was correct etc. Broke down on the way home. Several days later w little communication they said nothing was wrong w it. Picked it up and it ran like crap. Son put another 5 grand getting engine repaired. I wouldn't trust a word out their mouths. Did nothing to assist son w problems. Just my experience w them,maybe you'll have a better buy. I can say it was very clean.....worth about 4500 not 10. More reputable places out there.

Our sales rep Paul made us feel like friends from the minute we met him. He was so welcoming and so helpful. We were concerned that the car we wanted would not fit in our garage. We lived nearby so while on a test drive we drove to our house and tested that concern. Who does that!!?

The service was excellent on Friday 1/10/25 for tires and alignment. Service advisor (Ryan Holloway) did a excellent job. . Recommended tires, confirmed inventory, at in-coming processed the service paperwork along with answering all questions. Worked the installation with technical advisor.and updated with process of service. Ryan always does a excellent job.
I returned to Holman Toyota for the 2nd visit for service. I was greeted warmly by Rachel Schaffield who handled everything very capably. She communicated with me about the progress of the service visit, messaged me with a video inspection of my Toyota RAV4 Prime. She let me know when the service had been completed, then brought me my paperwork. A very friendly visit to a wonderful Toyota dealership!
Vehicle was in for an oil change and brake fluid change. Was told approx 2 hours, took 3 hours and change. Advisor told me would be ready soon, had to ask him 30+ min later if it was done yet, "oh it's taking a bit longer than expected".
Upon presenting a valid, current coupon for $64.95 synthetic oil change at Liberty Toyota, I was informed that this could not be accepted per Holman policy. Inattentive, curt, and not on the ball. Had to talk to both Toyota USA's and Holman Global's main corporate offices to finally receive the reimbursement he himself approved, after he sent it to the wrong address and then went radio silent when I reached out to inform him of no delivery and to request a replacement.
David was wonderful and made us feel comfortable. He worked with us and walked us through the entire process. He was a pleasure to work with and have already recommended him to one of our friends.
Everything went smoothly. DJ was professional and friendly. He suggested a loan car and he was able to secure one for me.

I took my car in for the 10,000 mile service.
After the work was done, they sent the report video.
25 minutes later nobody has asked if I wanted the air filter. I did not.
So I go to service desk to inquire. It's been 2.5 hrs. And the rep said it would take about 90 minutes.
So he checks me out and tells me it'll take another 25 minutes MORE to wash my car. I declined to wait again.
The rep told me'they don't ask if you want a carwash until the service is complete'.

I leased a Toyota Highlander in April of 2023 at Holman Toyota in Mount Laurel. It was a low mileage lease of 12,000 mi/year. Midway through the lease, during a routine maintenance visit, a service writer stated that all of the tires exhibited excessive wear and two tires qualified as bald. I asked about the warranty as I had purchased the excessive tire wear and wheel protection plan. I was informed that there was no warranty on the tires. Manager broke my trust that this dealer is good for old car as well. I have bought one new Toyota 50k car and one old Honda 20k car. In Honda car, I got two problems, one car key is not working after 2-3 months and wipers are not cleaning the whole windshield. Manager denied to help me for these problems. I mostly dealt with Sales Rep Doug Priestley, he was honest with the availability of the car I was looking for and gave me a realistic timeline on how soon the car I was looking should be available. His attentiveness in answering any question i had throughout the purchasing process was also greatly appreciated. The most important factor was this dealer sells cars at MSRP without ADM.

The car buying experience can be stressful, NOT at Holman Toyota, Don Wilhem is the best salesman who explains the process clearly and is extremely professional. There was no back and forth the deal is the deal, at Holman, you get the best deal. Dan the Finance man is very thorough and easy to work with. Sales person was very good. I felt very uneasy after walking out of finance. Don’t feel we got a fair price for extended warranty even after a discount was offered. Felt like should’ve haggled further to get a reasonable cost. Unhappy.

While my car was serviced I asked for information about buying a Toyota Platinum VSA and was instead given "The Mechanic" information & pricing with no indication that it wasn't a Toyota product. They have much to offer and do it well, even for us of lesser resources.. Our sales person Connie Baskin made it work for my wife, a tough buyer.
No courtesy, no updates with status, wait for 4.5 hours for oil change and tire rotations, expensive cost, had been treated differently and ignored the whole time . Very very disappointed.
Our vehicle was there on a Saturday. We thought service closed at 5pm (sales closes at five, service at four). Rich Milner stayed nearly 30 minutes after service closed to make sure we could get our vehicle. Exceptional customer service!!
Everyone was friendly and my service was fast. I received my truck back washed after my service.
I was immediately met & greeted in the drive-in lane and escorted to a service advisor, Rick. Rick was friendly, courteous, and professional. Bought a used Toyota Rav4 eight months ago. Sticker said Warranty and not As Is. It's been having electrical issues with the steering wheel controls and it's noticeable when using Apple Car Play. When I brought it in to the dealership the service department told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it and that the car does not have Apple Car play. Salesman had to tell them it did. Disappointing. This is actually my first online negative review. Purchased a used Mazda 3 here for my son and decided to get the service plan with it for 11 synthetic oil changes every 5K for $600. Scheduled the first one for yesterday, had about 4K miles since purchase.

This dealership should be prosecuted for theft by deception. They lied about my battery and wanted over $6000 to replace it along with the harness cable that leads to the engine. Get your work done somewhere else!!
